Report or export help?
Tell us which period and format you selected. If a file is involved, describe its type and the visible error rather than sending the whole report or backup.
Location or recording?
Recording starts only from an explicit action and may show the iOS location indicator. Include whether you were parked, whether permission was granted and whether a captured record needs review. Never troubleshoot while driving.
OdoTrail does not certify tax treatment, reimbursement eligibility, legal compliance or complete automatic capture. Keep manual entry and a second record for anything your work or local rules require.
